Bert's Blockbusters

This is a project I have been working on (on & off) for about 3 years, and finally I am done! Here, from 1974, is "Bert's Blockbusters" a Sesame Street record my family had when I was young. Lots of memories in the grooves (and now, 1s and 0s) and the songs are still fun today. Enjoy!

Ray Stevens - I Have Returned

I used to have this tape when I was young, so I went to Amazon to see if it was available on cd. It is currently out of print with used copies selling for 80 - 100 bucks.

Needless to say after picking up my jaw, I made a needle-drop from my vinyl copy....sounds pretty good, I think!

When everything changes

It's strange how new things can really shake you to the core. This time last month, I was still living in Pflugerville with my two brothers, working at the job that I have been at for about 5 years.

Now I am in San Marcos, living by myself in an apartment, just lost a new job, and I am about to get married in less than a month.

I feel sick.

I hate changes!

I do want to get married. It is just that everything has snowballed. New place, new town, new job (eventually) and soon, a wife.

Lord Willing, things will start to get better.
